Andrew Horine, DO, is a board-certified family physician who has been working as a clinician and administrative leader in his hometown of Carrollton, Missouri for the past 8 years. In 2015, he was named the Medical Director of the Outpatient Wound Clinic and assisted with the integration of wound care software into the Cerner CommunityWorks model, providing clinicians the ability to track their patients’ wounds in real-time. In 2016, he was named Carroll County Memorial Hospital’s Chief Medical Information Officer. He also holds multiple medical directorships including Carroll County Ambulance District, Carroll County Health Department and Carroll County E911.

As the Medical Director of Informatics for CommunityWorks, Dr. Michelle Flemmings helps healthcare organizations to leverage the EHR and health IT to achieve their strategic goals and drive better patient outcomes. As the Emergency Medicine Service Line Leader, Michelle works in ongoing collaboration with the American College of Emergency Medicine as the Cerner representative to the ACEP Health IT Committee. She is also the Cerner liaison to the ED Benchmarking Alliance (EDBA).

Jeffrey Held, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician. He has worked in diverse healthcare environments, from community health center, private practice and large health system settings, to an independent community hospital setting, where he now serves as the Chief Medical Information Officer for Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, Massachusetts. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians as well as a member of the Florida Medical Association, the Massachusetts Medical Association and the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society.
