Andrey Ostrovsky, MD, has joined Solera Health as chief medical officer/vice president of behavioral health where he plays a significant role in shaping the company's evolution with an emphasis on mental health and substance use disorders. Previously Dr. Ostrovsky led an addiction treatment center in Baltimore and was the chief medical officer of the U.S. Medicaid program.
