In August, Frann Murphree Richards joined Tampa General Hospital's management team as the Foundation's Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer. With her seasoned insight and experience in the nonprofit field, Richards will be instrumental to the Foundation as it works to increase its vital support of the mission and programs of Tampa General Hospital.
