The Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey, overseen by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, asks patients about various aspects of their hospital experience. 1. Small acute hospitals were most likely to score highly
Modern Healthcare examined the facilities whose net recommend score (the percentage of respondents reporting they would recommend the hospital, minus the percentage of those who said they would not) were in the top 25% of scores for all hospitals, comparing them with their peers who scored in the bottom three quadrants.
