    Philip Boyce
    Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer
    Baptist Health of Jacksonville, Florida

    Philip Boyce joined the Baptist Health in 1995 after nine years with Florida Blue as director of network development. He has led managed care for Baptist since 1995, and the revenue cycle since 2017. Philip served as president of the Florida Association of Managed Care Professionals in 2003 and 2011, and chaired the Managed Care Committee of the Florida Hospital Association Board from 2016-2018. Philip has served as secretary/treasurer of the Board of Florida Healthy Kids Corporation (a state CHIP agency) since 2015. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University in California, and his Master of Arts in Intercultural Communications from a Midwestern seminary.

    Garett Kreitz
    Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President
    Med-Metrix

    With more than 20 years of healthcare experience that spans Biotech, Hospital and Physician Provider Revenue Cycle, Decision Support, Clinical and Managed Care Services, Garett’s broad healthcare expertise brings a unique perspective to the teams he leads and customers he serves. Garett has devised and implemented successful strategies that have grown both the existing offerings as well as launched new products and services for the Med-Metrix portfolio of companies. Prior to joining Med-Metrix, Garett led award winning sales teams in Healthcare Performance Technology and the Life Sciences Industry. 

    Garett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

    William Scheuermann
    Vice President of Revenue Strategy, Managed Care
    Garnet Health

    William is the vice president of revenue operations and managed care for Garnet Health System, which he has been a proud part of for the past 25 years. In his role, Will has oversight over hospital & physician billing, accounts receivable, payor strategy and contracting, revenue cycle support services/vendor management, denial management, financial advocacy and pricing transparency. He works closely with finance and decision support teams to drive the system’s overall revenue strategy and budget. His team is currently engaged in a revenue cycle redesign with a focus on better leveraging technology while creating a patient friendly financial experience. He is both a past board member and president for the Hudson Valley HFMA Chapter and received his Master’s in Business Administration from the State University of New York at New Paltz.

    Victor Zamora
    Senior Vice President of Customer Care
    Med-Metrix

    As SVP of Customer Care, Victor Zamora is responsible for leading the Med-Metrix full end-to-end revenue cycle solutions and transformation services. Victor has held several revenue cycle leadership positions throughout his career implementing process improvement and cash acceleration initiatives at Acute Care Organizations, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Multi-Specialty Groups, Surgical Centers, and small to moderately sized physician groups. He has over 25 years of experience providing revenue cycle transformation services while stepping into permanent or interim leadership roles for both acute care and physician-based organizations. His experience and expertise include improvement in the areas of the patient intake or patient access processes, claims management, charge capture and improving overall data integrity impacting revenue cycle performance. His previous experience includes roles as Vice President of Accounts Receivable Services for MedAssets and, most recently, as Sr. Vice President of Revenue Cycle Services for North American Partners in Anesthesia, the largest single-specialty anesthesia group in the US, where he had enterprise-wide responsibility for revenue cycle functions.
