Dr. Mann is president and chief operating officer at Novant Health Clemmons Medical Center and is Novant Health system’s physician executive for the Surgical Institute. His overall responsibilities include strategy, growth, quality, safety, financial health and patient/team satisfaction. Dr. Mann was born and raised in Durham NC and attended Duke University where he earned a BA in History. From there he attended Bowman Grey School of Medicine and completed a surgical residency at North Carolina Baptist Hospital and a Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery at Brown University.
