Tenet Healthcare Corporation completed the sale of its majority stake in Brookwood Baptist Health to Florida-based Orlando Health.
The deal includes five hospitals and related operations in Alabama: Brookwood Baptist Medical Center, Citizens Baptist Medical Center, Princeton Baptist Medical Center, Shelby Baptist Medical Center and Walker Baptist Medical Center, according to a Tuesday news release.

Dallas-based Tenet said its Conifer Health Solutions subsidiary will provide revenue cycle management services for all included operations under a 10-year contract with Orlando Health.
Tenet announced the $910 million cash sale in early August.
