Kim has been a tireless advocate for expanding access to clinical trials, recommending bold changes to exclusion criteria that prevent many people from participating in research that can be potentially lifesaving.
During the interview, Kim discusses his work in this area as well as upcoming initiatives at City of Hope as the cancer research and treatment organization embarks on opening a new center in Irvine, California, later this year.
