Tampa General Hospital and Mass General Brigham are teaming up to open a radiation oncology center in Florida.
The 10,000-square-foot facility in Palm Beach Gardens will be co-branded and jointly owned. Tampa General will handle daily operations, while Mass General Brigham will provide oversight on quality and safety, according to a Tuesday news release.

The center is scheduled to open in early 2026, the release said.
Financial details of the joint venture were not provided.
Tampa General and Boston-based Mass General Brigham have partnered on several projects over the last few years. In September, the nonprofit health systems touted new bone marrow transplant and CAR-T therapy programs at Tampa General. In 2021, the systems established Home Base Florida to provide targeted care for hundreds of veterans and service members.
Tampa General is involved in multiple collaborations to expand care throughout Florida. The system said in August it plans to invest more than $162 million in the University of South Florida Health to strengthen their partnership, advance research projects, and attract clinical and research staff.
