Infusion provider Local Infusion closed on $10 million in Series A funding, the company announced Tuesday.
The funding round was led by Blice, a New York City and Paris-based investment company, and New York City-based venture capital company Meridian Street Capital. In a statement, Local Infusion founder and CEO Woody Baum said the company plans to use the funds to expand services to New Jersey, Connecticut and Maryland next year. It also wants to expand the company’s proprietary referral and care coordination technologies.

Local Infusion launched in December 2022 and operates four locations in Maine and New Hampshire. It delivers value-based care and infusion therapy to patients with chronic autoimmune diseases, such as Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis. The company offers weekend and evening scheduling, as well as financial guidance, private infusion suites and 24/7 access to care teams.
