HCA Healthcare, Centene, Molina Healthcare, Hims & Hers, the American Hospital Association and other healthcare organizations donated at least $11.5 million to the inaugural committee for President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance.
Records the Federal Election Commission released Sunday show the pharmaceutical industry made the largest contributions among healthcare interests to the Trump-Vance Inaugural Committee, which collected an all-time high $239 million.

That included $1 million each from the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Merck, Bayer, Gilead Sciences and Guardant Health. The Pharmaceutical Care Management Association, which represents pharmacy benefit managers, donated $1 million, as well. Americans for Pharma Reform, a dark money organization associated with Trump and other Republican officials, likewise contributed $1 million.
Providers, health insurance companies and healthcare trade groups also donated to the inauguration, such as Nashville, Tennessee-based HCA Healthcare, which gave $250,000; the Advanced Medical Technology Association, which gave $125,000; the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, which gave $100,000; and Centene, Molina Healthcare and the AHA, which gave $50,000 apiece.
