Yale New Haven Health has named Dr. Katherine Heilpern as president of its flagship facility, Yale New Haven Hospital, effective March 11.
Heilpern is chief of the Office of Provider Professionalism and Support at New York-Presbyterian, a role she has held for almost two years. She will succeed system Chief Operating Officer Pamela Sutton-Wallace, who has served as interim president of the hospital since Dr. Keith Churchwell stepped down in August.
