Care navigation company Quantum Health is appointing Dayne Williams as its new CEO, the company said Monday.
Quantum, which bundles digital health solutions into a comprehensive benefits platform for employers, said in a release Williams will take over the top role on Jan. 13. He replaces Zane Burke, who is stepping down for family health reasons.

Williams was most recently chairman and CEO of PlanSource, a company that automates benefits programs for employers. Prior to PlanSource, he served as CEO of CoAdvantage, which specializes in payroll processing, benefits management, risk assessment and employee development.
As Quantum makes a change at the top, the company finds itself in a fortuitous position as employers are increasingly opting to work with organizations that bundle digital health solutions. The company said in a release it has more than 550 employer customers including 90 that signed with them in 2024.
Burke joined Quantum in September 2021 after several years as CEO of employer-focused digital health company Livongo. In October, Livongo was sold to Teladoc and Burke left the company shortly afterward.
In a social media post, Burke said he was stepping down to focus on his mother’s health journey. He said he was proud of Quantum's revenue growth, client satisfaction and member engagement during his time in charge of the company.
