Definitive Healthcare said CEO Robert Musslewhite has stepped down and the company has begun a search for his replacement.
Jason Krantz, founder and executive chairman, will serve as interim CEO. He served as CEO before stepping into the role of executive chairman in August 2022.

The leadership shift comes amid a difficult period for the company. For the first nine months of 2023, the company reported a net loss of $276.3 million, compared with a net loss of $30 million in the same period in 2022.
The company said this week its 2024 revenue is expected to grow 5-7% compared with its full-year 2023 guidance.
