Amazon One Medical CEO Trent Green is stepping down after less than two years in the role.
Green's last day is April 4, an Amazon One Medical spokesperson said. Beginning June 1, Green will assume his new role as CEO of National Research Corp., a healthcare AI and analytics company doing business as NRC Health, according to a news release.

Green was named One Medical's CEO in August 2023, replacing Amir Dan Rubin. Green joined the primary care provider in July 2022 as chief operating officer, the same month Amazon announced plans to acquire One Medical. That $3.9 billion transaction closed in February 2023.
Despite job cuts and downsized corporate operations, One Medical became a key part of Amazon's healthcare strategy. Amazon consolidated and rebranded its health business to Amazon One Medical less than a year ago. In October, One Medical announced a partnership with Cleveland Clinic in Ohio to open a co-branded primary care office. The next month, it announced upfront, monthly pricing for Amazon Prime customers seeking consultations and medications for certain conditions.
The One Medical spokesperson said the company is grateful to Green for his contributions and wishes him well. The spokesperson declined to provide details about the search for a new CEO.
One Medical operates more than 200 primary care offices across roughly 20 U.S. metropolitan areas.
