As CCA’s first General Manager of Massachusetts, Farooq is responsible for the Massachusetts market performance, business line performance of Senior Care Options and One Care health plans, and relationships with key stakeholders. He will manage administrative and medical expenses for all MA-based programs with the goal of continuous performance improvement.
