SCAN Health Plan has appointed Timshel Tarbet as VP of business excellence and diversity strategy. An alum of Cambia Health Solutions and the U.S. Air Force, Tarbet is an experienced healthcare executive and champion of diversity and ethical leadership. She will oversee new initiatives to bring SCAN’s proven expertise in independent aging to new, diverse populations.
