Susan Kee has been promoted to chief legal officer at Point32Health, the parent company of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan. Kee has 25 years of health law and health care industry experience, having previously served as vice president and deputy general counsel at Tufts Health Plan, WellSense Health Plan, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts. 

Katie Catlender has been named chief operating officer at Point32Health, the parent company of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan. She will oversee Information Technology, Health Plan Service Operations, Business Continuity, the Project Management Office, and the Integration Management Office. She has spent 25 years in leadership at health plans in Mass.

Urcel Fields has been named president of government markets at Point32Health, the parent company of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan. Fields is responsible for the financial performance of Medicare, Medicaid, Duals, and part of Massachusetts exchange business. He has more than 25 years of managed care experience, most recently at Peach State Health Plan.
