As healthcare undergoes major change, THEO is accelerating a movement to engage C-suite leaders to proactively drive transformation. In her new position, Dwyer is responsible for leading the organization’s renowned advisory group, talent recruitment, development and retention, as well as ensuring consistent delivery of value to clients.

Dwyer has 30 years of experience in healthcare, serving as counsel and strategic thought partner to executive management. Prior to joining THEO, Dwyer was executive vice president, special advisor to the CEO and general counsel of Providence St. Joseph Health.
