SCAN Group, whose holdings include SCAN Health Plan, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit Medicare Advantage plans, has named Senthu Arumugam as Chief Transformation Officer. He is responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to position SCAN for continued market leadership amidst a rapidly evolving competitive and regulatory landscape. Additionally, he oversees SCAN's consumer experience & insights organization, enterprise analytics delivery, and data infrastructure.

Prior to joining SCAN, Senthu was a partner within McKinsey & Company's global healthcare practice, where he advised health insurers and providers on performance transformation, turn-arounds and growth strategy. In addition, he has also held positions in investment banking in London and New York, focused on equity-derivative and financing solutions for investment funds across Europe and North America.
