Richard Trogman, FACHE has joined PIH Health as System Chief Operating Officer & President of PIH Health Hospital - Downey. Trogman is a seasoned healthcare executive with 29 years of progressive healthcare experience. He joins PIH Health from Kaiser Foundation Health Plan where he served as chief operating officer of the Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Medical Center.
