Renée Delphin-Rodriguez has been named Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of SCAN. Delphin-Rodriguez will lead the Legal Affairs department as the organization expands geographically, grows its product portfolio and brings new innovations to senior healthcare. In addition, she will manage SCAN’s proposed combination with CareOregon to form the HealthRight Group. Prior to joining SCAN, Renée served as a partner in Crowell & Moring’s Los Angeles office and as a member of its Corporate and Health Care groups and served as an associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. She also served as Assistant General Counsel at DaVita and was a law clerk for the Honorable Milan Smith, Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
