Paul Mueller, Rogers Behavioral Health
Paul Mueller, CAPSW, CEO of Rogers Behavioral Health’s Hospital Division, has been promoted to system chief operating officer.
In his 26 years with the organization, Paul has been instrumental in supporting Rogers’ growth into one of the largest not-for-profit behavioral health systems in the U.S. In addition to leading the execution of Rogers’ strategic plan including the development of a continuum of inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care, his commitment to evidence-based treatment and outcomes has advanced clinical effectiveness. He has also provided strong leadership in leveraging lean methodology and a data-driven approach to improve processes and elevate the quality of the care we deliver. In his expanded role, Paul will continue to serve as Hospital Division CEO while he takes on new responsibilities at the system level working closely with Pat Hammer, system president and CEO, and the Rogers Board of Directors.
Rogers provides life-changing care to more than 1,400 patients a day in nine states.
