Patricia Howard named chief operations officer of Point32Health, reporting to Cain Hayes, president and CEO of the organization. In her role as COO, Howard is responsible for the direction of Point32Health’s operations and technology strategy, programs and investments, driving a range of initiatives to improve business processes and company performance. She is also responsible for corporate shared services functions supporting service delivery to Point32Health’s customers and providers. Howard served as an operations executive in the health care industry for more than 30 years, having held leadership positions at Highmark, Inc., Magellan Behavioral Health, UnitedHealth Group, Optum 360 and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.
