Michael Plumb and Dr. Linda Rosenstock, SCAN Health Plan

SCAN Health Plan, a $3.4 billion Medicare Advantage organization serving more than 220,000 seniors, has named Michael Plumb chief financial officer. An alum of CareMore Health and Aspire Health, Plumb has deep knowledge of healthcare finance and MA. His appointment will help SCAN develop new and diversified lines of business and expand offerings to new communities.
Dr. Linda Rosenstock has been elected board chair of SCAN Health Plan, a leading not-for-profit Medicare Advantage plan in California. Dean emeritus of the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, Rosenstock is recognized in occupational, environmental and public health, experience with which she will advance SCAN’s ongoing efforts to address social determinants of health.
