Mark Sprague provides financial management across Healthmap, as well as oversees the Finance organization. He is the former CFO of Magellan's $2B healthcare division, and former Head of Actuarial and Underwriting for Aetna International. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and holds a BA from the University of Connecticut.
