Mark Fleming has been appointed Corporate Vice President of Member Experience of SCAN Health Plan, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit Medicare Advantage health plans. In his role, Fleming and his team oversee SCAN’s award-winning customer service and are responsible for bringing new service technologies and capabilities to continuously innovate SCAN’s member experience. He is also responsible for member retention and new member onboarding.

Prior to this role he served as Vice President of Service Innovation for SCAN for more than two years and Vice President of Business Development for SCAN for more than three years.

Prior to joining SCAN, Mark was a Director at PwC, a global consulting firm, serving health plans and other health care organizations.
