Lynn Bowman has been named senior vice president of Service and Experience at Point32Health, the parent company of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan. Bowman previously served as vice president of Customer Service and Consumer Experience at Commonwealth Care Alliance. She brings more than 25 years of health care industry leadership experience to the role.
