Lester Davis will serve as CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield’s (CareFirst) Chief of Staff. In this role, Davis will guide strategic initiatives, lead special projects, and serve as an extension of the Office of the CEO. Davis will engage stakeholders throughout the region to expand CareFirst's mission of providing equitable, accessible, affordable and quality healthcare.
