WellSpan Health is proud to announce the promotion of Kimberly Brister as Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, effective July 2021. She is the first person to hold this position within the organization and will now dedicate 100 percent of her time advancing WellSpan's efforts to build a diverse workforce and strengthen its inclusive culture.
