GoHealth Urgent Care, headquartered in Atlanta, named Kelly Searle chief revenue officer. In this new role at GoHealth, Searle leads and oversees all aspects of the company’s end-to-end revenue cycle performance and opportunities.

An accomplished healthcare executive, Searle brings 20+ years of expertise managing large scale revenue cycle operations, repeatedly building dynamic teams that substantially increase revenue, improve margins, and develop and deploy best practices. In her most recent role, Searle was chief revenue officer for Sound Inpatient Physicians, a $2 billion national organization with over 400 locations and 3,000 providers across several business lines. Previously, Searle served as chief operating officer at HealthStar, a healthcare tech company, after serving in multiple operational leadership roles at Zotec Partners, a revenue cycle business.

Searle earned a Bachelor of Arts from University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master of Science from Northern Kentucky University. Searle resides in Knoxville, Tenn., with her dog Webster.
