FMG Leading, a human capital advisory firm that supports leaders and organizations on a mission to make healthcare work better, has added new Principals Kate Katz and Rod Wilkes. Kate and Rod join the firm from Huron and Press Ganey, respectively. With 20 years of experience, Kate designs organizational structures and processes, leads change programs, and improves workplace cultures. Notably, she led a change program for a revenue cycle initiative at a $5B healthcare system, resulting in $100M in yield improvement. Over Rod’s 30-year career, he has partnered with C-Suite leaders to impact change, improve employee engagement and organizational resilience, and enhance business outcomes. He has developed strategies that drive sustainable improvements for such clients as Cleveland Clinic, Houston Methodist, and Kaiser Permanente.
