John Boyd, PsyD, MHA, Rogers Behavioral Health
John Boyd, PsyD, MHA, was promoted to president and CEO of Rogers Behavioral Health, where he leads the strategic direction of the organization, including leadership development, growth opportunities, and foundation support.
Dr. Boyd joined Rogers in January 2022 as Hospital Division CEO, overseeing three inpatient hospitals and 17 residential programs in Wisconsin and outpatient clinics in 21 communities nationwide. He has an extensive background in healthcare administration, sits on the national board of Mental Health America, and is active with many state and national affiliations. He earned a Master of Health Administration degree at University of Southern California and a doctorate in psychology at California School of Professional Psychology.
Dr. Boyd succeeds Pat Hammer, who will retire in 2023 after 10 years at Rogers and a 40-year career in behavioral health. Pat skillfully guided the strategic direction of Rogers through significant transformation from a Southeast Wisconsin-based organization to a national provider of life-changing mental health and addiction treatment for 1,600 patients a day.
