Jake Biscoglio has been named president of commercial markets and specialty products at Point32Health, the parent company of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan. In this role, Biscoglio oversees the commercial market that includes four New England states and national coverage through a partnership with UnitedHealthcare.
