Eve Gelb has been appointed SCAN Health Plan’s Senior Vice President of Duals. In this unique role, she is responsible for developing initiatives focused on individuals who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. Since 2008, SCAN has offered California’s only fully integrated FIDE SNP product designed to meet the needs of dual-eligible people. Gelb’s portfolio also includes SCAN’s health equity programs, as well as strategic and operational oversight of Independence at Home, a SCAN community service that provides vitally needed services and support to seniors and their caregivers regardless of plan membership.
