People on the Move

Emily Oken, MD, MPH, has been appointed president of the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute in Boston and will serve as chair of Harvard Medical School’s Department of Population Medicine. An Institute faculty member since 2003, Dr. Oken is a physician trained in internal medicine and pediatrics and has led international efforts to improve maternal and child health.
