Education Affiliates, Inc., one of the largest medical, dental and skilled trades education programs in the U.S., has appointed Elaine Foster, PhD, MSN, RN, as vice president of Nursing. In her role as vice president, Dr. Foster will be responsible for providing leadership and counsel to nursing faculty and staff across the Education Affiliates network of nursing programs.
