Victor Waters, MD, JD, FCLM, has joined Dignity Health’s Arizona Central and West Valley Market as its Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Waters will provide strategic leadership for patient care, safety and quality and physician oversight at Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and Dignity Health St. Joseph's Westgate Medical Center.
