Derrick Jordan, MSW, LCSW, joined Rogers Behavioral Health as vice president of operations in Brown Deer, overseeing inpatient and outpatient services. Prior to Rogers Derrick was vice president of operations in North Carolina at a not-for-profit behavioral health organization offering residential and outpatient services. He has a strong record of integrating operational strategies, building partnerships, developing new programs, and using metrics and internal controls to monitor operational trends to ensure positive results. Derrick earned a master’s degree in social work and a certification in drug and addiction studies from the University of South Carolina, and an undergraduate degree in psychology from South Carolina State University.
