Deborah has 20+ years’ experience executing clinical programs that improve health outcomes, increase profit, enhance operational efficiency and improve patient experience. A registered nurse with experience in the ICU, ER and PACU, Deborah will stand-up a clinical service offering for ProspHire and assist clients with value-based purchasing arrangements, care coordination strategies and pharmacy/PBM support.
