She directs all of Synergy Health Partners’ marketing, advertising, content, and communications efforts. Michael Baima is a revenue cycle management expert with more than 20 years of experience. He specializes in digital transformation and cross-functional leadership.  As vice president, Baima leads the revenue cycle management team, ensuring customer service excellence and consistent high-quality reimbursement services. As the Director of Credentialing, Margret Ogbolu leads all aspects of the verification process for clinical staff incumbents. She is a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) with more than 10 years of experience obtaining provider privileges aligned with hospital-partner program needs and requirements.
