WellSpan is proud to announce the promotion of Cindy Fruitrail to executive vice president and chief strategy officer. Fruitrail most recently served as senior vice president and chief of staff. In her new role, Fruitrail provides executive leadership to board relations, business development, communications, grants, philanthropy, marketing and strategy functions.
