Christy Bray Ricks, MHA, CPRP, CDR, has been named VP Provider Talent at Ardent Health Services. In this new role, Christy leads the growth & development of the physician & advanced practice provider recruitment team, working closely with Ardent’s leadership to transform provider talent acquisition. Christy brings over +27 years of healthcare experience & also serves with the Association for Advancing Physician & Provider Recruitment.
