Landmark Health has named Chris Johnson as the new Chief Executive Officer. Landmark is transforming the delivery of in-home primary care for seniors with chronic illnesses and is rapidly expanding into 22 states in the new year. Johnson succeeds Nick Lorporcaro and will lead the next exciting phase of development for comprehensive care delivery to seniors in the home.
