Calder Lynch joins CCA as the VP & Chief of Staff after recently serving as the Acting Deputy Administrator & Chief of Staff at CMS. Prior to that role, Lynch was CMS Deputy Administrator & Director of the Center for Medicaid & CHIP Services, leading the program that serves over 75 million low-income and vulnerable Americans through the COVID-19 public health emergency.
