Community Health Plan of Washington has appointed Caitlin Duffy as its Director of Business Development and Sales to lead member enrollment and retention efforts for the not-for-profit’s health plans, as well as community relations and outreach. Duffy has a decade of industry expertise, most recently serving as Sales Director for Government Programs at UnitedHealthcare.
