WellSpan Health welcomes Aaron Gillingham as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer. He has more than 25 years of human resources experience, most recently at UnityPoint Health in Iowa. At WellSpan, Gillingham will be focused on accountability for WellSpan’s human capital strategy through a comprehensive approach to culture, inclusion, and workforce.
