Tim Gronniger has served as Executive Vice President, Accountable Care for Signify Health since March 2022. Tim has also held the role of CEO and President of Caravan Health, a part of Signify Health, since 2019 where he leads the implementation of successful ACO and population health initiatives. Tim is the former Chief of Staff and Director of Delivery System Reform at CMS where he led the agency’s work on drug spending issues, implementation of the new physician payment system created by the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015, and creation of new payment models among other responsibilities. Previously, he was a senior adviser for health care policy at the White House Domestic Policy Council and held senior roles on Capitol Hill. He received a Master of Public Policy, a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University.

Bonnie Boles, MD
Senior Vice President, Chief Medical Information Officer 
Tanner Health System 

As the chief medical information officer for Tanner Health System, Dr. Boles provides leadership and vision for the optimization of the Epic platform and serves as the bridge between technology and clinical care delivery within all facilities. She is responsible for data governance to enhance data driven process change leading to more efficient, effective care delivery. She is also the physician champion for the value-based care initiatives in the ambulatory setting. Board certified in pulmonary and critical care medicine, Dr. Boles earned her medical degree from Emory University. She completed internship, residency and fellowship at Emory University and received her executive MBA from Auburn University.

System Vice President, Clinical Service Lines  
Inspira Health

As Vice President of Clinical Service Lines at Inspira Health in Mullica Hill, N.J., April oversees service line programming including population health, community outreach, behavioral health, oncology, cardiovascular services, surgical services, women’s and children’s services, oncology, and neurosciences. She is also responsible for Inspira’s Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), a managed long-term care system that provides frail elders alternatives to nursing home life; Inspira’s Physician Hospital Organization (PHO); and Inspira’s accountable care organization. April has a passion for driving transformation of care delivery through value-based care models.
