Adventist Health has acquired two California hospitals from Tenet Healthcare.
Roseville, California-based Adventist announced last month it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center and Twin Cities Community Hospital, in addition to related physician practices and imaging centers, in a $550 million cash deal.

The facilities in California's Central Coast region were rebranded as Adventist Health Sierra Vista and Adventist Health Twin Cities, according to a Friday news release.
The transition will not impact patient care, Adventist said in the release.
Eleze Armstrong, who has served as CEO at Twin Cities and chief operating officer at Sierra Vista, will be interim CEO for the two facilities, effective Friday.
The two hospitals and related operations generated about $337 million in revenue in 2023, according to a February Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Earlier this week, University of California Irvine's health system said it acquired four Southern California hospitals and affiliated outpatient locations from Dallas-based Tenet in an $800 million deal.
