A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by UnitedHealth Group alleging two former executives stole trade secrets.
Judge Eric Tostrud, of the U.S. District Court of Minnesota, last month dismissed the case with prejudice.

"The parties to the arbitration and the federal lawsuit have settled all claims on mutually agreeable terms," said a spokesperson for UnitedHealth Group Monday. "Neither side acknowledges fault. The parties have released their claims and agreed to go their separate ways."
The suit, filed in December against former executives Ken Ehlert and Mark Pollmann, alleged they lifted confidential material from documents related to UnitedHealth Group's diabetes management program, Level2, while employed at the company and used the information to found diabetes management companies Lore Health and Sequelae. Other leaders of the startups also were included in the suit.
